Thoracic Oncology - Cancer Management
- Management of Lung Cancer: Comprehensive evaluation, staging, and resection to target primary and metastatic lung malignancies
- Focus on Minimally Invasive Lung Resections: Video-assisted (VATS) lobectomies and wedge resections designed to minimize post-operative pain and accelerate healing

Oesophageal & Diaphragmatic Care - Benign Disorders

In-Office Thoracic Procedures
- Flexible Bronchoscopy: Visual examination of the trachea, airways, and lungs using a slim, lighted scope to investigate chronic coughs or abnormal imaging.
- Flexible Oesophagoscopy: In-office visual inspection of the inner lining of the food pipe to evaluate swallowing difficulties, acid reflux, or suspected lesions.
- PEG Tube Placement (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy): Endoscopic insertion of a feeding tube directly into the stomach to secure long-term nutritional support for patients with severe swallowing disorders or advanced oesophageal conditions.
- Diagnostic & Therapeutic Thoracentesis: Ultrasound-guided needle insertion to safely drain excess fluid (pleural effusion) from the space around the lungs, relieving shortness of breath.
- Indwelling Pleural Catheter (IPC) Management: In-office insertion, tracking, and maintenance of long-term catheters for managing recurrent chest fluid accumulation.
